This weekend we continue our TXT series. Make sure you bring your cell phones to Text in questions. Remember:

• We will give you the “text in” details during the service. They change each week.
• We use a texting service, so all texts are anonymous.
• The questions we do not get to- we will attempt to cover on Wednesday on our live broadcast.

Interesting feedback from the 1st broadcast:

• We are making some adjustments
• People who were live thought it was too short
• Those who watched “on demand” (the video recording) thought it might be too long. (I agreed with this group).
• Here is the big difference- when we are live you can watch the chat room, ask a question in the chat room or have a side discussion in the chat room.
  
• Because this is not intended to be “ready for primetime TV” the chat room really improves the experience
• We had a few people invite friends to watch. These were friends they had invited to The Bay but had not yet attended. (Ha, the Vision is catching on)

Last night was quite an experience for me, it kicked my butt. Here are some things I felt and noticed:

• It is much more difficult to talk to a camera than people in a room (duh!).
• I found myself thinking ahead and losing my train of thought.
• I got distracted early when the guys were running things. They would whisper and I would wonder what they were saying.
• Overall we thot it was a good first run.
  
• We will be making adjustments for next week.
• This may be a tool we use monthly going forward- just as a forum for Q&A

• The live feed only goes one way. I will not be able to see you in your living room.
